Services & Rentals

Partnerships
Cultural Arts and Diversity Resource Center is able to accommodate performances in the Stevenson Event Center through approved partnerships. Productions are free of charge for all UCSC students, but may charge outside guests. In the Stevenson Event Center, CADrc can provide technicians and a range of production equipment such as portable speakers, props, and costumes as well as head sets for the stage managers. Please contact the CADrc Board of Directors at cadrc@ucsc.edu.

If your partnership is approved, you must have at least 2 representatives in your planning team attend a CADrc Partnership and Sponsorship training at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

The two types of partnerships are as follows:

Full or Partial Partnerships:
Projects with a guest expectancy of over 200 people may be hosted in the Stevenson Event Center with tech crew accommodations (if needed).

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are for events that are outside of the Stevenson Event Center. Cultural Arts and Diversity Resource Center is able to accommodate funding support for guest speakers through approved sponsorships only when the event promotes cultural awareness, education, or the arts. CADrc can also provide any necessary technical equipment. If your sponsorship is approved, you must have at least 2 representatives in your planning team attend a CADrc partnership and sponsorship training at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Partnerships & Sponsorships Training
The CADrc Board of Directors will host Partnership and Sponsorship trainings once a month. All new partners and sponsored groups must have at least 2 representatives in attendance. Trainings must be attended by both representatives before CADrc is to collaborate for any events. All events partnered or sponsored by CADrc requires a new application. If training has already occurred once then repetition of training is not necessary, unless there are new organizers.
